Kendall Jenner Says Kylie Jenner's Lips "Look Too Big"

In tonight KUWTK, Kim Kardashian tells Kylie Jenner, "Your lips look amazing." Kylie replies, "Kendall said they look too big yesterday." Kendell is still confused about her sister's obsession with looking perfect.

Kim explains to her, "I think if something makes you insecure and you've been feeling that way forever. Who doesn't want to look amazing? Do what makes you happy." 

 "We've all had our own insecurities and it's nothing to be ashamed of."

Kim admits that over the last few months she's become very concerned with her appearance, "I'm so insecure." She went on to say, "I cannot leave the house without spanx."
