The parade will stop shortly at Eel Brook Common, where the procession will end before the buses leave the parade route via Parsons Green.
Access to some roads will be closed and restricted from 7:30 am on Monday until the crowds have dispersed and clean-up operation has been completed, this is because of thousands of fans expected to descend Fulham for the victory parade.
